'COLOUR TO LIFT THE SOUL'
Alce Harfield has been a professional artist for 19 years (she owned The Silly Fish Shops in Bristol and Bath in the 1990'S) and still feels its the best job in the world!. Painting in acrylic mainly on chunky canvas her first love is colour. A bit of a butterfly, Alce will flit from cityscapes to florals, seascapes to abstracts but all with a passion for creating something beautiful and pleasing to the eye.

The Twizzle Bird and Other Stories…is an exciting collection of short-run, limited edition prints, by Amy Fox. These artworks have a warm, homespun charm, coupled with the slick sophistication of digital print. The bold, textural pieces are crafted with a fusion of printing, stitching, painting, cloth, ink, paper and computer work. The images conjure up stories of mystery and fun enchanting both adults and children alike.
Sunday 3 - 4 pm
We are very excited to present Andi Skellam.
Andi will be playing songs from his new album 'Molten Sea'. Songs about being lost in the woods, hiding from wolves and giant tidal waves that sweep whole families away. Bring your oilskins!!
I'm a theatrical milliner by day and and by night I make lots of one off head pieces, bags and accessories made of recycled stuff. I beg people to donate their old clothes (old thread bare stuff that would otherwise go in land fill, nothing that would benefit a charity shop, naturally) and I make it into new exciting goodies.

I am a textile artist and printmaker. I will mostly be exhibiting textile work at the art trail, and a few prints. The prints will be collagraphs and viscosity prints, a technique using deep acid etching where three colours can be used on a single copper plate with only one pull through the press. Both of these printing methods allow a degree of uncertainty and spontaneity to emerge during the printing process which i really like. The element of surprise always interests me!
