The eighth Southbank Bristol Arts Trail will be a weekend of arts and performance in homes, churches, community centres and public houses around Southville, Bedminster and Ashton. Over 55 venues will be opening to show work from over 150 artists, makers, performers, musicians, and others.
Venues will be open on 8 and 9 May 2010, between 11 am and 6 pm, welcoming the public to see and enjoy the festivities in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Some venues may also open on the evening of Friday 7 May.
More details of the artists who have added their details to this website can be seen on the Artists A-Z (2010) pages. There is also an A-Z list of venues on the Trail venues (2010) page.
You can use the Trail map page to plan your route. The map page contains an interactive (Google) map of the trail venues, which is movable and zoomable, and the map and page contain links to the venue pages on this website. This map is as complete and accurate as possible at the time of creation, and corrects some errors in the brochure.
Brochures, with a map, venue details, events listings, etc. will be available at several venues, including the Southville Centre, which acts as the main hub of the Trail.
Copies of the brochure and poster are also available on the Downloads (Printable posters, brochures, etc.) page.
The theme for the trail this year is "It's the future already!". There's more information on the Trail theme page about activities related to this.
Please also see the Events and activities page for more information on trail related events and things to do over the weekend and the End of Trail party page for more information on the party on the Sunday evening.
More information, will be posted in this section soon.
Please email communication@sbaweb.co.uk for any information you may need that is not provided on this website.
