Downloads for the 2010 Southbank Bristol Arts Trail

Below you can find copies of the 2010 Arts Trail poster and brochure for you to download to print out, or just to keep!

There is also a small image that you might find useful, to attach to emails, put on a website, etc. if you'd like to let people know that you're in the trail and that they should come along!

These files are PDF documents (unless marked otherwise). The files near the top are the poster files and those below them are edited/rearranged versions of the files used to print the brochures (they were printed double-sided, cut, folded and stapled into a small booklet).

Instructions for using these files are given at the bottom of the page, if needed. Graphic design of the brochure was by Kerry O'Neill. The poster was designed by Emily and Laurence Ketteringham, using some of the design and wording from the front page of the brochure.

2010 Trail brochure, to be printed at A4 size, allowing assembly into a brochure, parts 1 - 3:

This is a version of the 2010 Trail brochure that allows you to make your own brochure. When the PDF files are printed on a normal A4 printer, there will be four A6 (approx.) pages per sheet. You can then keep these as A4 pages or, as a small craft project, you can cut, fold and reassemble these printouts into an A6 brochure, as shown in the "Brochure assembly" PDF, below!

To save your printing costs, two sets of double pages with only adverts, on facing pages, have been omitted. One page at the back, with an advert and the artist list has also been omitted. This artist list has been superseded by that in the brochure insert, to correct some omissions and errors (see below).

2010 Trail brochure laid out in page order as in the brochure:

This is a copy of the trial brochure in the page order as it would be read in the brochure. Since this version is designed to be printed at A6, it is less suitable for home printing (at A4 size) than the version above.

It is divided into two parts due to file size upload limits on the website - warning: these are large files and may take a long time to download.

Instructions/help for the files above

Select/click on one of the thumbnail images, or the link below it, to open a document (or image). This should show you the PDF (or image) directly in your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.), where you can print it or save it to your computer (via the File, Save menu or similar).

Alternatively, to save the document (or image) directly to your computer (so you can get a copy to keep or so you can open it outside your web browser), right-click the thumbnail or link (or the Ctrl-click alternative if using a Mac, etc.) and choose 'Save Target As', 'Save Link As', 'Save Linked File As', 'Download Linked file' or the equivalent in your web browser, then choose your location to save the PDF file on your computer and click OK.

Most of the files linked to above are PDF documents. If you don't already have one on your computer, you may need a suitable version of Adobe Reader to view the files (also known as Adobe Acrobat). Adobe Reader is available for free from the downloads section of Adobe's website. Other software from Adobe (Photoshop, etc.) and other software producers may also be capable of displaying and/or printing PDFs.
