SBA 2010 Autumn Exhibition at the Southville Centre
Southbank Bristol Arts are organising an Autumn Exhibition that will be showing in the Southville Centre between 30 October and 30 November 2010. Work will be shown in the café and corridors of the Southville Centre, situated on Beauley Road, Southville, Bristol (see a Google map, centred the Southville Centre). Work will be shown on the walls of the café and corridors of the Southville Centre, which is usually open from 9 am to 9 pm on weekdays. The Southville Centre is also open on Saturday if there is an event or booking on that day. Please check the Southville Centre website for further information.
Exhibition details
Venue: the Southville Centre, Beauley Road, Southville, Bristol, BS3 1QG.
Dates and times: 30 October to 30 November 2010, from 9 am to 9 pm on weekdays.
Submissions: please see the Exhibition brief (Word document, 369.5 KB) and Exhibition submission form (Word document, 372.5 KB) for details.
Selection: The exhibition will be curated by a panel of SBA volunteers who will select work from the submissions made by artists. Selection will be made from submitted images, as detailed in the Exhibition brief.
Sales: work may be made available for sale, with artists donating 10% of sales to the Southville Centre.
Schedule: the closing date for submissions is 5 pm on Friday 10 September 2010.
Notification of selection: Friday 17 September 2010.
Handing in day for selected work: Wednesday 27 October 5pm to 7.30pm.
Preview night: Saturday 30 October 2010, 10 am to 4 pm.
