Tiger Display at Bristol City Museum

Tigers in the Museum

Following the success of previous events involving his collection of tiger sculptures, masks, toys and graphics, Tony Eastman is displaying his unique collection of tiger artefacts from around the world at Bristol’s City Museum and Art Gallery.

The current exhibition will run from 12 February until 18 April 2010 in the Rear Hall, on the ground floor of Bristol City Museum, which is on Queen’s Road, at the top of Park Street (see Google map of the Bristol City Museum). The Museum is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm.

The exhibition is part of the Museum's Chinese New Year celebrations, which welcome in the year of the tiger, and include a range of events on Sunday 14 February from 10.30 am to 4 pm, as described on the Museum’s Chinese New Year Celebrations page.

Previous events and the virtual Tiger Museum (at www.tigermuseum.com) were previously reported on this website in the Burning Bright story.
