Don't start panicking

As Co-ordinator of the Trail I get quite a lot of phone calls and emails from people who are worried that they have missed deadlines or can't upload images or even that they don't know how to price their work. My first bit of advice would be breathe, breathe, breathe. There is nothing to panic about - missed deadlines might happen, but they're not the end of the world. I'm pretty sure that everyone's got the right information out at the right time (apologies now for any omissions). From now on in there will be meetings, there will be deadlines, but they are not as crucial as the ones that have already passed. We want everyone to be able to upload their entry onto the website, but there's no rush. If you need help it is there, but remember that you won't always get an instant answer because the help is a volunteer with lots of other demands on their time, so patience, patience, patience is desirable.

So, if you breathe, breathe, breathe and practise patience, patience, patience everything will be alright.....in the end.

But my final piece of advice? - never give up, just give time and space - if you haven't got an answer to a question after a few days, a gentle reminder is welcomed, but an impatient one is not.
