John Curtis
My name is John Curtis and I am an artist from Bristol, I have studied at Brunel College of
Art and Design in Bristol and Falmouth College of Art in Cornwall and have been painting
and drawing ever since I could hold a pencil or paintbrush.
My work is abstract and I work in various mediums, my artwork is inspired by experiences &
surroundings to create colourful, contemporary artwork. My favourite artists are M C Escher,
Jackson Pollock & Picasso. I am influenced by Graffiti Art, Modern Art & Pop Art and even Video Games as well as my own personal experiences, travels & my photography.
I also work in ink and mixed media to produce large scale abstract and complex black and white drawings.
I have many paintings currently for sale, and I can produce paintings on commission to suit your exact needs and requirements.
I also sell poster prints, postcards and canvas prints of all of my work past and present, with over 100 pieces of artwork to choose from ranging from simple black and white or colour drawings and sketches to large abstract prints or posters of my artwork. I also am currently ehibiting work in various galleries and shops around Bristol.
