I'm a theatrical milliner by day and and by night I make lots of one off head pieces, bags and accessories made of recycled stuff. I beg people to donate their old clothes (old thread bare stuff that would otherwise go in land fill, nothing that would benefit a charity shop, naturally) and I make it into new exciting goodies.
I studied costume design and interpretation at Wimbledon School of Art, specialising in millinery. I am resident milliner at Welsh National Opera. I also work freelance from Bristol with national and independent theatre, ballet and opera companies, as well as teaching.
