SBA membership form
To join in with the Arts Trail (and some other SBA events) you will need to become a member of the SBA. Please download and fill in the SBA membership form as a Word document (Word document, 141 KB) or PDF document (PDF document, 81 KB). Forms can also be picked up from Claire Page at Glass Designs & Gallery (see below).
You can either take your form to Claire Page at Glass Designs & Gallery (see below), with your membership fee, or post it to either Claire Page or Megan Rumbelow. The addresses are given in the document.
You may want to join the SBA even if you can't or choose not to participate in its events. Please see the Member benefits page for more details of the benefits of being an SBA member.
The registration fee for becoming a member of the SBA remains at £15 for 2009/2010, as long as you sign up by 31 January 2010. If you have any queries, email Megan Rumbelow at communication@sbaweb.co.uk.
Arts Trail participation
In previous years, there were separate forms for becoming a member of the SBA and for participating in the Arts Trail. Both forms have now been compiled into a one page membership form (see above). No separate participation form is required to take part in the Arts Trail.

Glass Designs & Gallery
To make things easier, we have arranged that you can either post your form and payment to one of the addresses given in the documents or you can take your form and payment to Claire Page at Glass Designs & Gallery. Forms can also be picked up from the shop.
Glass Designs & Gallery can be found at 261 North Street, Bedminster, Bristol, BS3 1JN (Google map), on the opposite side of the road to the Tobacco Factory.
