We are very excited to be welcoming back to Allington Road the 'beguilingly shabby' Dearlings with divine a'cappella arrangements of the most exquisite songs. The Dearlings are Lucy, Katkin, Anna and Maddy. "Think of beautiful songs you love and sing them. Sarah has been described as having an amazing voice with a quality rarely heard. The influence of artists like Tori Amos, All About Eve, Ani Difranco and Bjork can be detected in the way her songs are crafted with an interweaving of melodies and her unique vocal style.

Shaun McCrindle is an alternative ‘country-rock’ artist. He recently recorded his debut album, ‘Family Man’, featuring ten passionate and humorous songs, ranging from the ragged electric rock of the title track to the delicate acoustic arrangement of ‘Beautiful World’. Jetfly play “the sweetest and most lateral folk songs you ever did hear.”

Their music has a raw, earthy sound, driven by trad folk rhythms and a twisted take on contemporary culture.Their songs range from rich harmonised ballads to gyspy violin raps.

They have supported King Creosote, Adrian Crowley and Sharron Krauss and will be playing as a duo with Jet McDonald on guitar and vocals and the multitalented Hannah Porter on flute, melodica, violin and harmonies.
